Coat types, matting, nervous first-timers — the honest answers. Anything else, WhatsApp us.
How often should my pet be groomed?
Most dogs do best every 4–8 weeks depending on coat type; cats every 6–12 weeks. Double-coated breeds benefit from a De-shed Deluxe at season change — we'll recommend a rhythm at your first visit.
My pet's coat is matted. Can you still groom?
Light matting is included in The Full Makeover. Heavier matting may need extra time (S$10–20) or, for your pet's comfort, a shorter clip — we'll always ask before we snip.
Do you groom anxious or senior pets?
Gently, yes. We schedule nervous guests into quieter slots, take plenty of breaks, and never use cage dryers. Tell us in the booking notes and we'll take it slow.
Can grooming be added to a boarding stay?
Absolutely — the departure spa bath is our most popular add-on. Book a stay and we'll schedule the groom for pickup day, so they come home fabulous.
