Everything pet parents ask us, answered honestly. Still curious? WhatsApp us — a human replies.
What vaccinations does my pet need?
Dogs need up-to-date vaccinations against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus and kennel cough. Cats need FVRCP. Bring your vaccination booklet (or a photo of it) to check-in — this follows AVS licensing requirements for boarding facilities in Singapore.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 10:00am–12:00pm and check-out is before 11:00am, daily. Later pickups are fine — we'll just add a Day Club half-day (S$20) so your pet keeps playing until you arrive.
What should I pack for my pet's stay?
We recommend bringing your pet's usual food (sudden diet changes upset tummies) and one item that smells like home — a blanket or a well-loved toy. We provide beds, bowls, litter and everything else.
Can you give my pet medication?
Yes, and it's free. Oral medication and supplements are given on schedule by trained staff, logged after every dose. For injectables (like insulin), have a quick chat with us first.
My pet has never boarded before. Any advice?
Book a free 15-minute Meet & Sniff tour first, then consider a one-night trial stay before a longer holiday. First-time guests get their trial night at half price.
How will I know my pet is okay?
You'll get WhatsApp photo updates twice a day (minimum — our carers overshare). Garden Suite and VIP Villa guests also get live webcam access, and Villa guests a nightly video call.
Do you accept puppies or kittens?
We welcome puppies and kittens from 4 months old, once their core vaccinations are complete. Younger than that, give us a call — we'll advise case by case.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. Inside 72 hours we charge one night, which you can use as credit for a future stay within 6 months.
