Since 2018
It started with a dog who hated kennels
In 2018 we boarded our corgi, Toby, for a week. He came back subdued, smelling of disinfectant, and refused to look at us for two days. The place wasn't cruel — it was just a warehouse for pets. Cages, concrete, and a lot of lonely barking.
So we built the opposite: real rooms with real beds, grass instead of grates, carers who sleep on site, and updates so frequent you'll wonder if your pet has a social media manager. (They basically do.)
Eight years and 2,400+ stays later, the test is still the same one we started with: would we happily leave Toby here? Nothing ships — no room, no routine, no rule — until the answer is a tail-wagging yes.
